About Me

Coming to Tampa from Kentucky, I really valued immersing myself in a completely new environment to broaden my horizons. I am a very motivated student with high ambitions for success. I take extreme pride in all of my work and love to deliver results to make a lasting impact.

Passions

Cooking

Moving far from college, made me realize that not having home cooked meals is not fun. So I began to teach myself how to cook and it developed into a passion and something I really enjoy doing.

Linguistics

I have always been fascinated my language and communicating with a whole new culture through language. I could talk for days about how fascinating the structure of language is and the way it connects with others and large parts of certain cultures.

Social Media

Since I was little, I have always been immersed in social media and found that I love to create content in high school. TikTok being my personal favorite, I have really found an interest in video content and editing.

Cultural Diversity

One of the main reasons I moved out of Kentucky was to find an area where cultural diversity was celebrated anymore common. I believe that it is such an important aspect for development and collaboration regardless of your field.

Leadership

Leadership is found in every field and is something that is transferable. Learning how to become a better leader from my involvement in the President’s Leadership Fellows Program has helped me in many aspects of my career and personal life.
Coffee

Being a barista for about 3 years now, I have developed a strong appreciation to the level of detail and complexity coffee has to offer. Other than tasting amazing, it is something that many are able to bond over and has created it own subculture in many aspects of the world.

My Goals

Study Abroad
I plan to study abroad in Seville Spain in the Fall 2023 semester. I am excited to be taking 3 advanced Spanish courses to solidify my Spanish abilities and full immerse myself in the culture during my homestay.

Attaining My MBA
I plan to obtain my MBA through the 4+1 program at UT within 4 total years of undergrad and graduate school.

Become A Polyglot
I have always wanted to learn more languages beyond Spanish and English. I am currently teaching myself sign language and plan to study more; Mandarin, Portuguese, Japanese and hopefully many more!

Entrepreneurship
I have always wanted to own my own business and whatever that business may be, I hope to one day be my own boss.
